I had a wonderful time at Shangri La Barr Al Jissah Resort And Spa Al Waha, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of options for families. However, some areas felt a bit dated and overcrowded, which impacted the overall experience. While the food was enjoyable, the service left something to be desired at times.

However, keep in mind that the location is a bit remote, requiring a taxi for city excursions.
